Plummer Home’s James Lister Finding Parents for Teens in Group Home

This week we interview James Lister, CEO, of Plummer Home, a residence in Salem Mass for young adults and teens in the foster care system. Plummer Home has been a residential facility since the 1850′s and they have recently decided that they are going full steam ahead and attempt to recruit permanent parents for its residents.
