The Plunge, the Cold, and the Connection to Homelessness

This broadcast starts out with a reading of the memorial prayer written by the Rev. Greg Thomas to remember the homeless before we transition into a discussion about the meaningfulness of our New Year’s Day plunge into the Atlantic Ocean. Fellow, and first time, plungers, Cameron Moss and his daughter Shalee, share their experiences with our cold dip and some of their thoughts about the day. Cameron also shares his wisdom about the You Gotta Believe preparation classes and how our classes are uniquely and distinctly different from other organizations.
