Drum Screen in Channel – ROTARY SCREEN

ROTARY SCREEN is used for solid/liquid separation for high flow rate and combine two operations: filtration and compacting. They feature a screen basket, perforated sheet or wedge wire, that act as a filter and rotating with the transport screw, followed by the transport section that ends with a compacting/dewatering modulus that can be provided with a chute or a bagging system. Screenings are conveyed by a shafted screw until the compacting/dewatering section where both the volume and the weight are reduced (up to 40%).

ROTARY SCREEN est un dégrilleur à tambour rotatif utilisé pour la séparation solide / liquide à haut débit combinant deux opérations: la filtration et le compactage. L’équipement comporte un tambour réalisé en tôle perforée ou grillagée, agissant comme un filtre rotatif suivi d’une section de transport se terminant par un zone de compactage / déshydratation. Les déchets sont acheminés par la vis sans fin jusqu’en haut de l’équipement où le volume et le poids sont réduits jusqu’à 40%. Une goulotte ou un système d’ensachage pouvant être ajouté à la sortie.
