Static Flocculator – EQUIP FLOCCU

Our static EQUIP FLOCCU is a sludge flocculator also named by “static flocculation pipe” made of PVC and design with a sufficient length in order to have the perfect retention time. In comparison the dynamic flocculator is motorized.

The set, inlet flange, PVC plastic tube and polymer inlet, are supported by a stainless steel structure. The purpose of the static mixer is to mix the sludge and the polymer before the area of the transport pipe.
